This is a structured experiential Mandarin Program where you enjoy playing badminton and learn:
• The rules and techniques of playing badminton
• Counting and scoring in Mandarin
• Discussing badminton rules in Mandarin
• Naming the badminton racquet, shuttlecock and court in Mandarin
• Social conversations in Mandarin
Join the revolutionary new Mandarin program 'ChineseWize' where you learn in the real world rather than a simulation environment that is the traditional classroom. In the 'Social Mandarin Program: Sports' stream, you will learn Mandarin and Chinese culture relating to social sports in a real game of badminton, table tennis etc. You will be keeping score, naming the sports equipment, discussing rules and making social conversations etc in Mandarin. We will have regular sessions playing different sports.
These real-life experiential classes are designed to accelerate your mastery of Chinese conversational skills and cultural savviness. Suitable for beginners to intermediate learners - you will learn according to your level.
The first hour is facilitated by an experienced Mandarin teacher. The second hour is free practice.
