LA RONDE
Event Date: 16/10/2025, 07:30 pm
Sydney | Oct 16 | From the creators of BLANC DE BLANC and LIMBO
Playing at Surry Hills’ iconic Grand Electric from 16 October, La Ronde is a seductive invitation to step inside the round and surrender to an intoxicating world of lavish spectacle, breathtaking skill, and provocative theatre.
“La Ronde is a glitter-soaked invitation to lose yourself in a world of dazzling feats, funky beats and glamorous surprises. It’s theatre, it’s circus, it’s cabaret,
but most of all, it’s a decadent disco of groove.” NEWCASTLE LIVE
La Ronde isn’t just a show, it’s a sensory overload, a decadent collision of glittering bodies, pulsing beats, and surreal moments of suspended disbelief. As a single beam of light slices the darkness, the room erupts into stars. Acrobats fly overhead, limbs twist impossibly, and the lines between performer and audience dissolve.
At the heart of it all is a thrilling mix of world-class circus, European underground edge, and unapologetic raw energy, delivered by some of the most extraordinary performers on the planet.
Presented by Strut & Fret, the powerhouse production company behind Blanc de Blanc Encore, Limbo Unhinged and more, La Ronde continues their reputation for delivering unforgettable live entertainment. Strut & Fret shows are currently playing in London’s King’s Cross, Brisbane’s West End and now Sydney, with The Grand Electric also hosting the smash-hit musical Titanique.
Hailed as one of the most exciting new venues in Sydney, The Grand Electric has fast built a reputation for its luxe ambience and intimate, immersive layout.
“The Grand Electric is a feast for the senses. I thought I had been transported to a hip New York club or had lost myself in some underground Paris parlour” – Stage Whispers
